    Just analyzed the pics for the first time.

    Sin do you shave your body bro?

    For JP claiming to be out of shape he looking cut as fuck.

    Hardkore looks like he he could get tore the fuck up in these 8 weeks if he applies himself. I bet he doesn't even need protein powder lol.

    if Yayo focuses on cutting body fat he should be good since he has size.

    Jook what i need to do to get a chest like that bro?

    Deep Abyss stats seem a little outlandish given his size. No hate bro post a vid power cleaning 275 and make me a believer.

    Im trying to put on mass while also decreasing my body fat. A lot easier to bulk then cut but we'll see what I can accomplish.

    If i wanted to get rid of my titties and go ham on my allready herculean like arms,

    Do i seriously need to cut out fucking Bread? ( i eat alot of subway, so this is a HUGE concern for me)

    My goals to be lean and have lean muscle, just tone up, im not trynna get crazy big, also not trynna get crazy thin just be toned. Someone put me on a regimen man, I got a weight machine and I play ball 2-3 hours 5 times a week, a nigga been ready. Used to be 240 LB's. Currently 6'0- 175 LBs

    I plan on doing well jook. I just have to get my workout in before work because after I'm usually so exhausted. And I just have that addict mentality of needing something to wind down and sleep. I think I have a good chance @BEST transformation. Im one of the only ones trying to gain. And apparently one of the few with someone to hold a camera lol all these damn mirror pics. I should post a pic of me a year ago for comparison

    Also I will be doing this with nothing but 2 30 lb dumbells. A 25 lb kettle bell. A 10 lb medicine ball and a matt. No gym or bench

    My chest workout is as follows:

    Flat bench dumbbell press - 5 sets (choose a weight you can barely get eight reps of)
    Incline bench dumbbell press - 5 sets (choose a weight you can barely get eight reps of)
    Flies with dumbbells - 5 sets (choose a weight you could get a good stretch of our pectorals with)
    Close grip bench press (thumbs touching) 3 sets (you can do just 45's on each side).
    Weighted dips - 4 sets

    But all that don't mean shit without ending a chest day with burning out on push ups..

    (2 sets each)
    -feet elevated
    -standard
    -wide grip
    -diamond

    end with standard until you can't do any more.


    Chest day done.

    Also all of that shouldn't take you any longer than an hour.

    If you're in the gym longer than an hour any day, you're just not doing it right.

    1 min rest periods or less.

    Your chest is definitely on point. Tats prolly make your arms look bigger than they actually are, just need to focus on that body fat %. You following the tips frank white gave you? Id be interested to see if you can get your compound lifts up as easily as he says with that workout plan.
