i neglected diet, neglected cardio, went on vacation, but i built a stronger foundation, got stronger and now ready to lay off the weights a lil and focus more on conditioning, joining the boxing gym again to shed out. just needed to get my weight numbers up
looks like yer chest and arms got bigger, and your rib muscles are starting to slightly show. its not like ya went downhill homey, life's a struggle since they started giving us food that tastes so good its better than crack.

The only time I had a visible 6pack was when I was doing only boxing and eating tuna, oatmeal and chicken breast all day lol don't got that will ever since I got with a girl who treats me good
If I was single ill be alot better shape tho being in a relationship and having two kids kinds of put it in the back burner

I bought a house with my wife 2 years ago, and had a daughter, and for the first year all I wanted to do was eat, drink, relax with the baby and work on home improvements.
I gained like 50lbs in 2 years, and got diagnosed with acid reflux which is a cunt. I basically have to eat bland foods or else my acid kicks up, and I'm also on a pill to inhibit acid production. The problem with acid reflux isn't the disease itself really. It's not a huge deal. The problem is, if you let the acid just chill in ya, then your esophagus can build scar tissue over time, and then become cancerous. So I have to be well from now on for the most part.
I'm now about 30lbs back down and my figure is looking resolute again. My new motto is to always be working for something.
Get fit for:
my wife, my baby
my brothers wedding (next Saturday)
Halloween parties, gotta show out like a beast
occasions all summer to show off...
I just keep giving myself excuses to stay fit, instead of excuses not to. I think a cheat day is crucial to my existence.
Also - the acid reflux might be a blessing in disguise. Keeps me in check.

Sorry about that homie, as humans tho i learned we are great at adapting whether it's good or bad. At first it's hard but after a while it just becomes a habit. You'll be alright man, and keep achieving them goals.

yea man i know if u stuck with a good diet i would of lost lot more body fat with the workouts u gave me but damn those workouts had my appetite open for destruction and i was so beat i was never able to get my cardio in.
im going to join the boxing gym get in a routine with that lose some body fat then SLOWLY introduce weight training with the boxing and find a happy median.
can u picture doing boxing 4 days out the week and weight training?? i couldnt picture doing it with the workouts u gave me lmao i was beattt just wanted to eat and sleep
