i've been eating ehhh, need to improve that alot...

im hitting it, it was either run or stay @ the crib to write and record something for the grb..

the thought of recording for the grb seemed retarded compared to running tbh...

    Yes, here's a tip.

Hop over to a 1/4 mile track. Sprint the straight aways @ 100%, and walk the curves. Do this every-other cardio day, the other day being a regular run for distance. This will increase the strength, stamina and durability of all of the micro-muscles that you use for running, and eventually the pain-in-the-ass part of running subsides and you will feel like you can coast. Coasting is the best feeling when you're running. Once you've done enough of these sprint/walk days, your distance days will be like: the first 1/2 mile to a mile shakes all of your tight muscles loose, the rest of the run feels loose and fresh and you'll feel like you could continue on forever.

Your body will tell you when you had enough, and you just try and improve the next time like anything else. I'd say 8 is a good place to start if you haven't been doing anything high intensity in a while.

A track is perfect because the curve is just long enough of a walk to have you ready for another sprint. Shit works wonders, and it's not only to get you ready for distance, but it's actually boss-assed cardio in and of itself.
