    Yeah... I'm a bit of a regular drinker. I think if I wasn't I'd probably look like @JustPolished

    lol.

    When I stop for periods of time it takes less than a week and my gut is gone.

    they are rare everywhere... my previous 2 gyms were chains, they were well-equipped but had wack pilates music playing all day. hard to get motivated to lift serious weight.

    I got softball tournaments all weekend so no gym until Monday. But I went IN on Wednesday. However. I'm not in the competition. So it doesn't matter.

    I can't dive properly. Never learned lol. My luck I'd go to dive a belly flop from 40-50 feet up. No thanks

    I use a pair of Harbinger gloves for anything other than warm up sets. They work great, I barely even have any callus on my hands.

    That's why it's best to learn it with an instructor, tbh. And once you get a hang of it, it's actually pretty fun. :)

    ..should be interesting doing lifting once those start bleeding. :funny:

    I hate workout gloves. I'll live with callouses. Grip is better, tbh.

    Deadlifting anywhere above 415 I'll probably chalk the bar. Not quite back there yet but getting close again.

    Yeah. I don't chalk it. I try to use the straps that are always in my car. Unless I'm doing back or shoulders because then they aren't in my car and I leave them home. Never fails.

    I used to hate gloves as well..

    I even used to play baseball without batting gloves because I needed to feel the bat and gloves eliminated that feel...

    But last time I was working out the blistered callouses were pretty bad and I started wearing gloves...I'm used to them now.
