    noodles lookin like he's gonna be top 3 of at least one category tbh.

    i've increased my weight by like 10-20 pounds on every arm, shoulder, and chest-related weight lifting exercise since this began, but my body weight ain't going up like i want it to :oops:

    majority of my meals are: eggs and bacon w/ a protein smoothie; chicken breast w/ rice or noodles and green string beans or a salad; a 16 oz. steak w/ the same aforementioned veggie combo.

    basically, the weight i'm lifting is def increasing but my weight isn't really increasing.

    prayerfully u guys notice a transformation when this is over. respect to all those who are stickin to this.

    i'm still excercizing 5 times out the week, whether it be ball or lifting.

    gotta be honest though when I tell yall that im fucking drained, feeling a little burn out and want to take a couple days off.
