    I'm hitting it man. Feeling a little stronger about 4 weeks in.

    Ran a couple hours hooping, had one of those once in a blue moon nights where everything drops and everyone at the gyms oooooing cuz they know shots dropping. Might not have to do with strength, but feeling a shitload more confident in general cuz of the work, gotten a couple nice comments. Gotta go harder though. Time is enemy.

    went to the dr, gotta take it easy(lift light and light cardio) for a bit longer, he recommended i go see a cardiologist before i go back full force

    he doesnt really know, my EKG had some random jumps in it which is why hes sending me to the cardiologist

    could also be thyroid, or sugar related.. they did bloodwork..

    could also be nothing, but becaues its the second time he wants me to do further testing

    I did an insane cross fit type shit today. It's not cross fit but I forgot the name.

    I put 155 on the bench. Flat bench.

    20 seconds straight presses at about 3/4 press every second each way. Came out to like 16 presses. Rest for 10. Again for 20 rest for 10. 5 cycles. All while keeping my legs extended out straight off of the bench on down presses. And perpendicular to my body on up presses.

    Does this make sense? Lol

    But. My tri's and chest were burning like a bitch. And my abs took a beating. Solid core work out there. This was my last work out of the day. Now I'm eating leftover hibachi. Steak shrimp scallop rice pasta.

    What's good fellers?

    This pretty much sums it up - I've only recently stumbled across it tho;



    Same old, really - kickstarting the day with muay thai, then onto a fully body workout with cardio. At least this weekend I'll get to do cliff jumps..

    I'm up to 179 from 162 when I started back in the gym in June. You'll definitely see. Going waaaaaay harder this time then last time.
