    I try doing everything I would do sober high as fuck to see what it feels like......

    it's actually not that bad on shrooms man, Just my legs felt like they weighed 1000 pounds and in my head I was running, but my legs werent fucking moving. I can only excercize high tbh. it's a curse.

    Got a couple high school or just outta high school guys that are regulars at my gym.

    One of them deadlifting in the 500 + club and benching at least in the 300+ club. He a big dude naturally but still. I wasn't even THINKING about weights when I was in high school.

    i always see them lifting wrong tho... i always wanna chime in and help em.
    a lot of em are real thankful... then you got the bratty types, so i just go and lift more than them and make em feel stupid.

    my workout IS cardio. all cardio all the time.

    all about the pace. always explosive, always 100%.
    short breaks, less than 45 seconds.

    don't need to run or ride a bike to get cardio, you feel me?

    For the entirety of this contest I have not had a gym membership.
    I'm on a very strict, lean, protein-saturated diet and I'm doing 100% calisthenics.
    I also believe that Yoga stretches are helpful to perfecting the cosmetic shaping/growth of the muscles.
