Sowwy...but in my defense, I've started with "hell month"..
It's understandable; work/career & everything else come first, that's why for the past few months I've learned to function on few hrs of sleep, waking up @3:40 am just to be in the gym by 5 am, go ham and be in the office by 9 am. Summer gym opening time just messed it all up for me tho..

I'd say height works to my advantage when I'm against someone of equal or a few inches taller - most have horrible motoric skills. But once I'm against my business partner, it's my Achilles heel.
My hair tamer buzzed off a bit too much of the transitional part I had in the back, so it wasn't much of a choice. *shrugs*

she aint working the hardest until she starts squatting and lifting
I doubt that where her training stops as she's mentioned many other workouts.
Just being up at 0300hrs to train man... that shit is a different animal.

i had to do PT 2 times a day in the air force because I wanted to learn boxing. You dont get to skip your pt bc you are doing boxing instead... when u think i had to wake up for that?

time is bullshit, you go to sleep earlier and aint shit hard about it.
work is done AT THE GYM and IN THE PANTRY. nowhere else.
what we need is realistic encouragement, not to sell each other false hope or sound like a bunch of bullshit planet fitness motivators.
