My best friend growing up has a diet consisting of beer and snack foods, yet works out 3 days a week and has the cuts of a men's health model....

I remember working out with him and he told me if I got under "3 wheels" (315) he'd get under 4 and do twice as many reps as me. I pushed out about 4 reps of 315 and he pushed about 10 reps of 405.. with ease.

yeah, my pops owns a couple furniture spots here in the city, but does all the deliveries himself. lifting heavy shit all damn day up and down stairs.

My dad is 5'7.. And really can't do any type of exercise because of injuries from the army but he don't really have any fat on him
My uncle on my dad side is 6'2.. Insane metabolism and at 47 he still finessing people in pick up games
My uncle on my moms side is a 6'5 300lb Samoan strong as an ox.. Built like the rock in the 90s

Insane cardio day, got my leg press up to 200kg/440.92lbs & done it in 3 sets of 30x, not to mention today's muay thai session was pure adrenaline.
Need to get my breathing technique back on track otherwise running longer distances (slowly been getting ready for October's 42km Ljubljana marathon) will be painful.
