    roids are flooded in the Olympics man and practically every professional sport. The recovery rate off a injury when you take certain steroids is insane, the recovery time when u take low-dose testosterone during workouts is insane.

    these S/C coaches are scientists man and know when to ween off to pass tests. The biggest S/C coaches in Boxing are banned from The Olympics cause they got caught up. Boxers are now getting caught left and right on steroids,

    Lance Armstrong pass every test, random or not and he admitted to using it man. Lance had them scientists on deck man.

    There this S/C that is training boxers now and he is a known snitch in the steroid community, they wrote a article on him and the various ways he can have his athletes pass random olympic style testing man, your jaw will drop.

    all them old folks in UFC, Mir, hendo n them are on TRT. Mir physically looked more fit than he ever did in his last fight man.

    you can train twice as much on low dose T, u can do two a days and feel like u sit home all day

    Usually drink vodka tho... but i dont have the kind of money to drink vodka for club prices 3 days in a row :scared:
    i go about about 2-3 times a month, summer days are usually a bit harder, since nice wheather here is quite special i often end up at a barbeque and having a few drinks
    i dont really do too much cardio... really no more than twice a month, i burn a shit load of calories with my work
    on the other hand i will be running a lot the next couple of weeks
    and i geuss i have great genetics when it comes to being lean...

    I'm at 11% according to a 3 point caliper check. Chest, Abs, Thighs.

    I know it's not the most accurate way of checking, but work with what ya got. Doesn't sound too inaccurate judging my newest pic, does it?
