    I was having this conversation do you burn more calories in hot weather or in cold weather? Or is it the same. I think you burn more in hot weather.

    Some ppl say weather has no effect but I think that's bullshit

    Hot weather has a definite effect... Energy = Heat. You lose more energy with heat, that's why shit evaporates in heat, these relaxed water molecules are fucking spending insane amount of energy and eventually they kurt kobaine themselves bc they are yearnin for the burnin

    Nah @ cold because you're work out is gonna serve to keep you warm... something your body already wants to do. you're helping your body do shit it was gonna do anyway.

    in heat your body is desperate... sweating... tryna be cool... and you're making it worse...

    think about it

    Every time I watch that clip it makes me want to be able to do everything he does, even the one arm lifting.

    Man, that's some real talk. Wanting something badly isn't going to get one to the result, working hard, however, will.

    What do you think about overtraining?

    I think every damn day is too many, no matter the nutrition.. right? unless youre taking roids which help recover your muscles twice as fast..

    I think if it worked for him then what I think is irrelevant tbh.

    I don't over train and my arms aren't shit compared to his.

    I can only call his system garbage when my own is superior and I am years away from 22 inch arms bro.

    Maybe even one and a half years of training every day :drakecheese:

    @J o o k @JustPolished

    Everything we know about the human body is changing exponentially as bioscience improves. Think about how often a new prescription drug comes out, or how often we hear on the news how something we thought was good for us was bad for us.

    You can "overtrain" today, and supplement glutamine and BCAA's and make sure your insulin levels are proper, and absolutely recover without steroids. Training as we know it, is evolving each and every day. That's why all of the athletic records and olympic records are broken year after year.

    So, don't be so quick to say roids.
