That happens to me when I squat the wrong way, feels like one of my tendons is getting pulled or some shit
Our lifts are also almost identical, you bench a bit more i squat/dl more
Last week I did 240x2 for squat 235x6 for dl
Today i couldnt even do 150 incline bench tho (think it was the partying this weekend taking a toll on my body)
its not 180
its 90 on each arm my bad. i dont have any other weights, thems the only shits i have.

its a machine, im sure its not 90, Its enough to struggle with but I know im doing them right. I dont have time to go to the gym so thats what i fucks with. i got your pm though i'll give that shit a look

yea i felt it even before i performed a lift tho. when i grip the bar and drop my body to perform my deadlift i felt the sharp pain on my knee..
my squat is so trash its weird. im going to up it to squatting 2 times a week at least,the most 3 times. i squat ATG tho, i squat as low as i can and explode up.
I dont like to pass over 5 on my dead lift even tho I can in most lifts but jsut in case so my form dont go to shit trying struggle,
i can do 235x10 if i wanted to with no issues, i just save my energy to do more weight and not kill form going so high on reps.

Time to go back to extreme basics. Hell month here I come.
yeah ATG all day, and I never go to hard on DL. I got scared of doing that when I ended up in a bed for 2 days going ham on the DL's.. seemed like a good idea at the time

I can swing curl 135 one rep. I'd love to see Cire curl 180.

thread just motivated me to go ham...off i go. investing in them free weights this weekend,gonna cop a bench and get setup nicely.
Decided to focus on strength so I'm doing very similar workouts to yayo.

Oh, I've enjoyed crossfit, just hate having to do the same exact thing for more than a few weeks - and I've been doing that for the past two or so months (with a break in early June).
Guess girls are doing the same ish everywhere, not just in your gym, lol..
As far as running goes; if it's not running uphill for a few kilometers or up Kalvarija stairs (pic) under 3 mins it's a waste of my time. Luckily the season for mountaineering/climbing & canyoning finally started. I'll prob use the gym for weight lifting & usage of diff fitness equipment (for example got my leg press to 160kg/352lbs) & things I can't do at home, but for everything else I need to be outdoors. Plus I've finally got cleared to be able to go back to muay thai. ))
