    My diet has been on fucking point as week 1 comes to an end.

    Been slacking on my cardio though, but I'm on the bike as I type this.

    Sat down with lifting partners after the fights & came up with our new routine.

    "/" = SUPERSET

    DAY #1
    4 x 10 dumbbell bench / pull ups
    high row / chin ups
    dips / machine press (angle of choice)
    dumbbell shrug / bar curl / hammer curl

    DAY #2
    Squat
    Stiff Leg
    Hanging leg raises
    Medicine Ball pushups / stir the pot
    leg raises / medicine ball slams
    light curl circuit
    dumbbell punches

    DAY #3
    5 x 5 Dumbbells Bench / chin ups
    single arm row / barbell shrug
    4 x 15 barbell decline bench / low row
    pushups / curls / tricep pushdown

    OPTIONAL DAY #4
    Abs, Arms, & other rest-permitting cosmetics.

    There are no breaks in between lifts, and all lifts are supersets so you don't get breaks between each lift, either, except to put on and remove weight and walk over to the machines. Only lift that stands alone are Squat and Stiff Leg deadlift, which I won't be doing due to leg injury.

    I'm making some Chicken Kabobs later with some fresh green beans..I wanted soy beans...

    Tomorrow, Bison Stuffed Bell Peppers...

    I need a meal a day to separate the regular chicken breasts, vegetables that make up the rest of my meals.

    Yesterday, I marinated and seared fresh fishmarket Tilapia in a fat free balsamic vinaigrette and served it over yellow rice.

    It was cheap, lean, and delicious. Served it to my guests before Fight Night started, where I enjoyed 3 Magner's hard ciders, which aren't too unhealthy. Only 11carbs each.

    Today I have to cook this 93/7 lean ground beef before it goes bad.
    I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it, but I'll likely panfry and drain it of the fatty juices then mix it in a bowl with rice and cheese.

    I try, I just gotta get more disciplined.

    I got lost on my way back from gym.

    biked a total of about 4 miles.

    +

    Played ball for 2 hours, dont know what that is in distance, but essentially played 4 full court games, up to 11 each.

    tommorow I dont play ball, so im lifting for an hour.

    I do 5 * 20 sets at 180 lbs of bench press.

    5*40 sets at 180 lbs of crunches (think thats what they technically are, i'm using my mid section to pull 180 lbs)

    5 * 20 sets at 180 lbs seated rows

    5* 20 sets at 180lbs of bicep curls.

    I used to struggle at 100 lbs

    I was that weak, I also used to weigh 240 pounds, up untill liike 2 years ago.. RM set me straight with some diet tips back then.

    ended up eating a beef round sirloin steak with half a yam, steamed carrots, and a salad.
    no butter, i used the natural steak juices to flavor the carrots and yam.

    5x20? yuor doing 5 reps for 20 sets?


    why and how are you doing the same weight for almost every lift? are you sure your form is correct ? that weight looks strange for how you look in the photo, no offense bro
