    Let me know how those pre workouts work for you man.. I've never tried a pre workout other than jack3d and when I tried it it didn't do enough to make me want to use it again

    I will def. Jack3d didn't do anything for me either. Superpump Maxx gave me Superdump Gass.
    ON Amino Energy is EXCELLENT for energy before and during the workout, but it's JUST energy.
    BSN Amino X is GOOD for energy before and during the workout, PLUS it has muscle endurance amino acids.
    Cellucor C4 is not for the faint of heart. Will make you feel like a human bottle of soda pop if you overdose it to your tolerance level. But you'll get a sick pump and a go hard as fuck at the gym. It did what Jack3d was supposed to do.

    @utmost1 I had my last buzz/fade in November 2010.
    Only had 1 "haircut" since, maybe a centimeter off to keep the hair healthy.
    I was wearing hats religiously for a few months. Lucky for you snapbacks are in style. I was sweatin witha mop head in a fitted, tbh :funny:

    Anyway my work out 7/5

    Warm up I do 40 jumping jacks then 25 pushups 3 times. Different forms (one diamond, one standard, one on rack)

    Straight bar curls - 75 lbs; 2 sets of 8, final set to failure
    Dumbell curls 30 lb 3 sets of 10
    Dumbell rows 30 lb 3 sets 20
    Dumbell curl/press 30 lb 3 sets of 6 reps
    3 sets of 30 reps dips on gym rack
    3 sets of 15 prison squats
    3 sets with medacine ball lying row (basically laying down holding legs and head up rowing ball as far across your bidy as you can reach and then back to other side)

    It helps you condition and strengthen your arms from tiring out from punching and it conditions you to always keep your hands up when fighting

    i lifted for hour and a half sessions last 3 days consecutively

    about to bike for hour total to play 2 hours of basketball, then im chilling.

    excercize isnt my problem though, dieting just fucks me up. im still very much a fat person. i eat horribly and like pizza, ribs, and wings way too fucking much
