    It was always the best feeling in the world to know I made it through leg day, but my knees buckling and that weak feeling I had trying to climb a flight of stairs or step up on a conveyor belt always sucks..

    Just got back from the gym. A bruised thigh just prevents me from doing legs for a few days nothing more.

    I've already lost 5lbs and I'm lifting the same as I was before.

    As far as defending my title....

    Beer gut is easy to get rid of. I'm still puzzled/ baffled as to why your skinny ass can't get an ab to poke out

    This is what I'm planning for this 8 week program. Anyone with diet knowledge and bodybuilding background shed some light because I've never tried this before

    Week 1 - Low Carb/ High protein diet; workout - low weight high reps / Cardio=75%, weights = 25% of time spent
    Week 2 - 40,40,20 diet; Workout - Heavy weight - low reps / Cardio = 25%, Weights = 75% of time spent

    Then repeat

    Sorry for not getting specific on the diet. The 40,40,20 is basically what I did in the last contest the whole time.

    Low carb for me on a 1500-1700 calorie intake is 60-80 carbs.

    Where'd you get those from that let you get all those samples? I tried going to gnc to see if I could get a sample of Hyde but they said they don't have sample packs.

    Hyde has gotten rave reviews from everyone I know.

    "we don't have samples" - That's usually a lie, but to be fair, the reps NEVER give enough and some reps give NOTHING to specific stores. It all comes from the companies themselves.
    My boy works at Vitamin Shoppe, whenever I go he digs into the employee stash for me. I've tried more products than some bodybuilders, LOL.
    Also, keep an eye out for ads or ask your local vitamin shoppe manager if they have any meet & greets coming up. A lot of times there will be companies that set up a desk and give goodie bags with their sponsored bodybuilders if the vitamin shoppe is a frequented enough location.
