    I used to do the creatine cycle where you take different amounts during different weeks, that shit worked extremely well but I forgot which creatine I used and what the cycle was.

    shaved two minutes off my 6 mile time:

    By the end of this comp I'd like to see it at 8:00/mile for the 6 mile.
