Nutrition??

    whats a good nutrition plan for someone who wants to lose some fat and gain muscle become cut not really buff just cut with muscles n shit

    No chips, soda, fried food, ice cream, candy, donuts, pastries.

    Lots of protein, lean white meats, nuts, vegetables, fruits, whole grain breads and pastas, and PLENTY of water.

    If anything has high saturated fat or sugar content, STAY AWAY FROM IT.

    Oh and really only if you're a newby to lifting can you actually gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, and that only lasts for a while. After that you have to choose one or the other.

    Yeah and eat granola bars like cra-z.

    In the morning I be eating...

    2 granola bars, 2 banannas, 1 apple.

    Lunch, I don't really eat school Food so I bring my own-

    2 granola bars, and swallow it down with some Milk.

    Dinner-

    Pasta or bake chicken, along with that salad.
