The man knew...things. Things probably no one or very few has known since.
Truth is definitely stranger than fiction. Tesla was proof of that.
was it this bloke who figured how to create earthquakes?
or am i confusing him with someone else?
Yea, thats him.
Nah, the Quran has Earthquakes figured out.
Qur'an 16:15: And He has set up on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it should shake with you; and rivers and roads; that ye may guide yourselves
Which, of course means, that we have mountains to stop Earthquakes. I mean, geologists would have you believe that mountains are often caused by Earthquakes and the jamming of plate tectonics, but what do they know? They're just scientists and the Quran is infallible.
Qur'an 16:45: Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?
Believe in GOD or Earth will eat you. Seems legit.
Tesla is the shit.
Tesla was a sorcerer and alchemist
but he was a genius of the manipulation of energy
wow, another attack at islam, why am i not surprised.
nowhere does the qur’an say that mountains prevent earthquakes.
the arabic word for ‘earthquake’ is ‘zilzaal’ or ‘zalzala’- but the words used in these verses is ‘tamida.’
‘tamida’ means ‘to shake’, ‘to ‘sway’, ‘to swing.’ and qur’an says in surah luqman, ch. 31, verse no. 10, as well as surah nahl, ch. no. 16 verse no. 15 - ‘we have put on the earth mountains standing firm, lest it would shake with you.'
shaking is not the same thing as an earthquake, otherwise that verse wouldn't make sense, considering there's been regular earthquakes in the history of earth. idiot. you reaching again.
nice try, but fuck me if you're not getting boring with these fruitless attacks.
Wow, the Qur'an predicted the harlem shake ^^
the haraam shake.
you truly are an idiot. selective reading, much?
i get it, you don't think the qur'an is perfect, i do - get over it.
there's no point bickering back and forth trying to convince me otherwise.
The Cult of Nikola Tesla
nice read, makes me want to read a biography on the bloke.
especially interested in his latter years mental illness, heard a mate talk about that before.
