    Tuesday lift 5pm
    open gym 8

    wednesday indivduals 3pm
    open gym 8

    thurs lift
    open gym

    fri 8am conditioning (puke sessions)

    FUCK THE SEASON DONT EVEN START TILL NOVEMEMBER!! THIS IS PRESEASON BULLSHIT!
