^^ im not sure if its still free

but the US army made an online fps called Americas army. It was free and just cuz it was free didn't mean they skimped anywhere. It was a complete and complex game and kicked some major ass... like counter strike except expanded upon and less cheaters lol.

anyway the game made war and the army seem fun... They didn't hide the fact it was a recruitment tool.

The crazy part to me is (at least recently) I've met people who do think war and the army are fun.

The reason Ghengis Khan fought so much wasn't solely out of a quest for power, he also believed that constant war kept his soldiers disciplined and to keep them from getting bored, more or less.

I met a few people who genuinely would fight wars for the rest of their life if they could.

well my whole life I wanted to be in the army. Even tried to get in. I got accepted but was real sick before bootcamp, so they told me to wait till the next one. During that time i decided to not join the army. Since i was only 17 i had the choice to back out.

i never once though thought that seeing people get blown to bits would be fun
