need some advice

    on treadmills....

    i usually just go running and shit. but i decided to just knock everything out at home...my curls pullups pushups sit ups and now running..

    is the treadmill just as effective? i bought it about a week ago and i've been running on it 20 mins before work and 20 mins after work..all week.

    somebody give me some advice on what the best routine is...

    my advice on treamills, dont use them.

    btw you should change forever to 4ever on your sig. 2 and 2 = 4

    Depends where you are I'd say...here in Florida its 102 degrees with like 80% humidity. You go run for 20 mins and youll need to haul a gallon water jug around with you...well then again I suck at running so it just might be me and my horrible stamina lol
