what software is good for putting together all of my files (vocal.wav's, instrumental.wav's, etc) once i've already recorded and processed them (i don't want to use cool edit)...i got acid 4.0 today, and it's okay, but is there anything better??

and if you suggest something, could you try to tell me why you suggest it?

i need something that'll make it easier to edit certain things, like if i wanna move words around, or space them out to make them fit better w/the beat, loop things, etc etc

it all comes down to KNowing what you doing Multitrack Applications basically work the same...you have Manually Move them to fit man.. or if u use Cubase/logic/pro tools/dp3 u can type in the Coords u want the Slice to fit.

Acid and Cool edit shit don't get any Easier than that. unless you looking for someone to do it for you.
