Need Album Cover

    I need someone that can design this album cover.

    I am having a hard time finding a designer that can produce this idea in a professional manner.

    This is a $$$ job and I am LOOKING for someone that can deliver.

    I just want a sticky note that says "DecadeZ" with a =) on the top left of the cover

    and on the bottom a pregnancy test that reads in the results section "Broadcasting Live From Ratchet City"
