Yeah I've been taking muscle milk for like 6 months now....love the taste, sorta pricey...it's true it doesn't make you as hungry and it's really good for you but i haven't really noticed any results from it. I havent' gained weight, my muscles didn't get any bigger yadidaydada... Then I started taking NO-explode pre-work out and CELL MASS post work out...mannnn does this stuff work. I'm more focused to work out, i've gained weight while staying very lean. It's very good tough, works for me and I was taking whey and eating a lot of food and never gained any weight. I was 155lbs and after approx. month and a half i'm 170 and i Just turned 20.
