Long time no read eh guys? As the haters have been washing their hands in ass crack,
preparing themselves to cook a dinner of bullshit for a family of rats,
the real people have been patiently eying the sales of Roast beef.

Lets start off with a recent quote on MOTIVATION from BJ PENN:
He also said he'd fight GSP again but I left that out...:qplosin:

Next in the line-up we have just that,
the current LINE UP for the January "Champions?" card Strikeforce is holding.

The current card, barring anymore injuries, is looking like this:
SF WW Champ Nate Marquardt vs Tarec Saffiedine for the title.

Daniel Cormier vs 34 year old 28-7 Dion Staring.
    Gegard Mousasi vs Mike Kyle.
    Lorenz Larkin vs Ronaldo Souza.
Josh Barnett vs 36 year old Nandor Guelmino,
though no contracts have been signed.
    Pat Healy vs Jorge Masvidal.
Roger Gracie vs 17-8 young-journey-man Anthony Smith.
Tim Kennedy vs 10-2 Submission Specialist Trevor Smith.
    Ryan Couture vs K.J. Noons.

Lastly, when G.S.P's corner-man was cornered and asked who he thought was the #1 contender,
I thought it had to make the Corner...

hendricks deserves it. diaz is washed up and gsp already killed him i think (can't remember), but would anyway.

    hendricks will knock out gsp.

i'm ready for a change. gsp is too lame now with his "oo i got hit better wrestlebored everyone" tactics. i was excited to see the old gsp start off against condit. one rogue kick later and he's laying on top of him. has a chance at 3,000 armbars and doesn't take any of them.

    time for a new champ.

I agree with you on the basis I want to see Hendricks vs G.S.P. next,
if not Anderson, but Georges and his Camp always make such a big deal of that fight...

Anyways, Diaz isn't washed up, but he is irrelevant in the Title scene currently...
Why do these Sonnen/Diaz/Overeem types keep being brought up in immediate rematch discussions?
They were banned for stupid behavior, no matter which drug they used,
Contender's should earn titles through active healthy fight streaks,
instead of being in court for a crime, then handed a golden opportunity.

Nick Diaz needs at LEAST one fight before G.S.P. If it is against a contender such as Rory MacDonald, and Diaz won big, I could understand the Title ramifications.

With that being said, here is a quote from a recent conference call with the UFC,
    on Rory's possible next fight:

Fans who want to see Hendrix vs Georges may be in luck,

obviously him training for a 5 round fight will mean nothing once White comes calling though.

I picked Jonny, obviously gsp vs anderson is the more epic fight but im willing to wait to watch him vs hendrix i think it would be a good match for georges before a bout with anderson and i think jonny would pose a good threat to him also you cant deny that he earned a shot to fight him

Diaz is, in my opinion, the safer fight for GSP. GSP's BJJ defense is pretty damn solid and the greatest risk to his title is a KO strike. For all the hype behind both Diaz brothers.. KO artists they are not.

Hendricks is the riskier fight BUT I feel like GSP's wrestling is likely well beyond Hendricks.. so if GSP can get those Takedowns, it'll be a 5 round decision (as per the usual).

I know my post seems a bit odd at face value but the way it breaks down in my head is that while Diaz will be harder for GSP to dominate.. it's still less risky of a fight to take. Meanwhile Hendricks is a fight that GSP could dominate more easily but contains more risk in the KO power Hendricks possesses.

Hendricks wrestling is as good as it gets. I wanna see him and gsp because Hendricks can keep him standing and is a legitimate ko threat.

I'm a diaz fan but this guy can't beat gsp

After that let's see Silva fight gsp then Jones and retire undefeated

He beat some of the best in the Div. amazingly, so I agree with you.
G.S.P. has faced opponents fans thought would be the one to drop him
(Koshcheck, Thiago Silva, Dan Hardy, BJ Penn),
he usually proves the theory wrong everytime...
    I don't know what Hendrix's take-down defense is like,
but if he can keep it standing I would give him the advantage.

hendricks is a great wrestler and would be a infinitely more difficult fight for GSP than Diaz.

also, silva - gsp is still a terrible matchup.

silva - jones would be great, and i think silva would take that. especially the way verdum almost beat him (and should have).

i say gsp busts hendricks up on the feet, but it is a worthy fight.

for me, diaz still has to recover from his legitimate lopsided loss to condit. diaz is dope, but i'd like to see how he does against a josh koscheck first.
