    Above all, you must consume enough quality protein (eggs, meat, whey, etc...), however it has to be a lot of healthy fats (egg yolk, olive oil, nuts, butter, fish oil, etc...), while carbs (rice, pasta, wholewheat bread) shouldn't be missing..

    I'd say, don't complicate too much, eat whatever you want (because you can), the only thing that should be the golden rule is to cling to quality protein in each meal (whole eggs, meat, cottage cheese, you can also buy whey, etc ...)

    5x-6x/day x 600kcal should do the trick tho.. Plus there's protein shakes that work as weight gainers as well..

    Edit #1; I'd recommend you got down with Mark Rippetoe's Starting strenght workout (http://startingstrength.com/) *can't ctrl+v the vid to save my life for some reason*

    Basically it goes something like this;

    Day 1
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Bench Press
    1x5 Deadlift

    Day 2
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 OHP
    3x5 Power clean * (Pendley row!)

    • Warm up is crucial before performing any exercise.
    • Weight increase should go gradually from very light to heavy (make sure you're still able to do the reps comfortably).

    If you want to get weight fast go to a village and eat home made food.

    1st you'll need your desired weight (in kg)and multiply that number by 35 to get your daily caloric intake. If your metabolism is super fast, I'd suggest adding 500-1k kcal+ to it.

    An example of a daily menu;

    Breakfast:
    4 eggs + 80g oatmeal + 20g of whey powder (prepared with water or milk + 2 capsules of omega-3)

    1st snack:
    200g chicken fillet + 200g vegetables + 80g rice + 2 tablespoons olive oil

    2nd snack:
    100g of powder for muscle gain (prepared with water or milk) + 40g of hazelnuts

    TRAINING ~ immediately after (!!!) 100g of powder for muscle gain

    Lunch: 200g of red meat + 200g vegetables + 80 g of rice + 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Dinner: 2 eggs + 150g of tuna in its own juice + 80g oatmeal + 1 tablespoon olive oil
