    i use ON Complex Gainer and lots of milk. usually some PB too. god knows how many calories that is when 1 serving of the whey is 650 cals alone. yeah, i gets down on the get down.

  4. you need as much meal as you do protein...

    i make sure i eat every day

    i use muscle milk with low fat milk...

    if you deprive your self of food your going to be fatigue during workouts
