damn I am the same weigh but shorter I used to weigh 134 2 years ago before I started eating healthy and training right. I dont really believe in weightlifting I mainly do basic compound weights if any and full body movements and heavybag work. Anything that is useful and keeps me lean and powerful. you might laugh but this is the stuff I used to get fit and still use: I have 5 potato bags filled with sand and gravel I think they weigh around 50 to 70 pounds I left them to my shoulders and up. I have a full body dummy that weighs 150 pounds I use it to practice leverage throws judo style. I hit a semi truck tire with a sledge hammer for a good 15 minutes daily as many times as i can. I use a pull up station I bought for my knee raises for my abs and chin ups and pullups for my back. I do dumbell squats or moderate weigh squats with a barbell. I also use the potato sacks with sand and walk in zig zags doing lunges with them it helps for my take down defense and my sprawl. I do tons of burpees and one leg squats. Grip workouts for my forearms and grip strength I do pinch grip excersices and all sorts of them, I only do them like 1 or 2 times a week I do farmer walks with weight plates by my side but pinching the plate its painful but it works your grip well, and then I hang on the pull up bar for as long as I can till my grip gives out....I do more but thats just a sample. for cardio I run on the treadmill every morning or afternoon usually 20 minutes and then I do more circuit training and use jump rope or bike I rest about 1 to 3 minutes between each set. I do more stuff but too many to name...I keep it simple but the key is to do different excersices you gotta mix it up, like one week do a certain excersice and then the next week do a differnt one for that certain muscle area you gotta shock your muscles to grow or else they hit a plateau. but all that aint shit if you dont eat right and have a good mental state! I always believe the best fighters are the thinking fighters I read books and anything I find intersting and play card games and so forth to keep my mind thinking, cross words are good for the memory as well. My diet is basic but if you dont got money this will be hard for you to eat right! you dont need supps the best is eating the best meats and foods. I eat chicken almost everyday I use the shake and bake stuff since it is cleaner then frying it. I eat steak only 1 a week I eat fish 3 times a week mainly sushi fresh tuna rolls after workouts...but at home I cook my fresh salmon fillets. Ehhh I am too lazy to type the rest but how is some of your work out and diet?
