i do the same shit, honestly. i participated in my work pool, but went out and bought a couple tickets on my own.
the difference? security cameras would be able to 1. confirm, and 2. we made copies of the work tickets and passed them out to everyone so the tickets i bought wouldn't be on the list.
oh, and 3. if she has the exact amount of tickets that they pooled their money for, she loses. also, if she bought them all at once, she loses, cuz who's to say which one was separate?
i spent days thinking about it before i bought the tickets.
"if i buy the winning ticket separately, do i say anything to anyone? no. i get an attorney, have him/her accept the money on the behalf of a trust i create, and i stay anonymous."
"ok, but what if they find out it was me? will they sue? if so, how do i prove it wasn't part of the pool?"
then we got the pages with the pooled tickets on them, and my questions were answered. anything not on the sheet i can prove i purchased by myself.
1. she probably doesn't have the winning ticket, and 2. that bitch gonna be in the kitchen the rest of her life. and not just any kitchen. mc d's kitchen. ugh!
I've never been keen on lotto pools, mostly because I really can't iamgine trusting someone with my money.
more money than most people see in their lives?
1 million is more than what 98% of the worlds population will ever see... hahah
greed is a bitch.
but if she did buy it seperate outside the pool then fuck her coworkers, she doesnt owe them shit
This just in, Maryland woman learns that having one of the six numbers does not actually equal winning the lottery.
:dead: thats what she deserves
