Why would you feel like that? Most REGULAR gym goers at the gym to work out and stay healthy...the casual ones I wouldn't even worry about.

I also hate doing lunges...but I force myself, regardless.

Yeah I hate lunges I have a harder time with one side than the other.

Harder time meaning balance and muscle contraction.

Only thing I actually like, or don't mind working out anyways, is my calves.

Calves are definitely less taxing, as with all isolation exercises. Plus it gives that burning sensation that people love.

A regular squat bar is 20kg from my experience... that's 44lbs I think.

h.wood do you mean the ez-curl bar or just a regular barbell?

not very effective, but you can do squat press and push presses with the curl bar since it's a predetermined weight and some people like the squiggly grooves - easier to grip.

Nah, I think it's just natural you're gonna have one side more coordinated than the other.

It's weird cause my left sides a little smaller/weaker but also looks leaner and more defined, right side is just bigger and stronger.

People tell me they don't notice and I'm crazy but I swear it's there.

Not a huge difference but I see me all day 24/7 so of course I'm gonna notice like they say "you are your worst critic".

I worked in front of a mirror for 12yrs- stop looking or you drive yourself crazy. just do an extra set with the smaller leg to make yourself "feel" balanced.lol

    Squats are pretty fun...

after the set; I strongly dislike them during the set. The same goes for Deadlifts.
