Man one thing I hate about squats...

    They leave scratches on me and shit, even with the pad.

    Especially front squats man I got scratches and strawberries all over my clavicle from them.

    What don't I hate about squats, I'm 6'4 with stupid long femurs.

    I hate doing squats. Not for the same reason though I don't even use the pad on the bar...but my knees crack I'm getting old haha.

    The ad is still there.... and yeah squats are hard, especially with a full range of motion, but obviously one of the most worthwhile exercises you can do

    Not really a problem just something that annoys me as my traps or clavicle is all marked up and a little bruised for a while.

    And yeah I don't think anybody likes squats.

    Most days I'm taking like 5 minutes between sets convincing myself to do the next set.

    I hate squats all together. Who knows if it even woks. Many people just do it because everyone has done it...i bet that they don't have such a good effect as people think

    im 6'6'' how did you cope i just stay away from em and do hack squats...but im learning...im losing mad verticle by not just doing squats

    deadlifts are one of my fav workouts. trying to get to the 500+ club by next year.
