"It's Showtime At The Apollo" should be taken off the air. That I agree with.
I don't know what you're talking about on the last part of your statment. But on the first two. Thats mainstream bullshit. Like Jeus said there is alot of solid music out there in r&b you just have to look. Now is it like the 60s and 70s hell no. But its still solid nonetheless.
Some rnb artists were involved in gang activity when they were younger. Donell Jones and Dave Hollister were but they dont "act like thugs". Jaheim was also.
lol @ the concept of what note u can hit dictating whether you're hard or not...
and i like rnb more than rap i think...its my first loveof music. i prefer a mellow guitar beat to most.
i really disliked when they started fusing rnb with rap to make club records....the last couple of years it fell off, but its comin back around.
its better music than rap.
not all of them only some of them
depends on what the hell your bumpin
akon are all different from the I lost you take me back, \I love you rae rae rae garbage
feel me ?
^not really...they just put their own spin on it...
as do all artists...
i mean boyz II men definietly fit into that category that u just described as garbage...and they are far from it...
rnb is about male/female relationships and all the derivates that come from that...
