Make ya chest bigger

    its easy...all it takes is time and patience and a postive attitude I used to have a bird chest but I just focused on the 3 bench presses;..incline, normal, and decline dont lift heavy if you go to heavy you cannot work your chest muscles at all....who cares if you can only bench a little it takes time man and you gotta start out small...if you lift to heavy you will use more shoulder and tricep then usual and not work the chest.

    also always finish off with flys they will isolate the chest after bench press well.

    what is the point of a decline

    and goddamn inclines are hard to do.

    they work slightly different muscles.

    do the bench and the incline at least

    i dont fuck with the decline really, it would help no doubt but my chest has got significantly bigger after a few months of just the regular and the incline

    but yea the benches are the best ones without a doubt

    incline works the upper chest area

    flat or normal bench works the over all chest but mainly the other parts.

    and decline works the borrom of the pecs.

    lol ya I never do DECLINE last time I did it I passed out cause the blood was going to my head that was scary.

    I only do incline and regular.

    the incline helps people with no middle chest or bird chest it puts meat in the middle of the chest and uper part thats the hardest to put muslce.

    I always finish with dumbell flyes always.

    shit yeahh i never do that excercise i heard someone who put too much weight on the decline suffered and edema in his brain after he stood up again i hate that shit

    I have a great chest workout that ma nigga from the pen showed me...

    Start with a very light warm up on the bench- proly the bar. for 10 reps. Then get a comfortable weight with 2 free weight curls... personally I do 35 each hand... set em by ur feet on the bench.

    here is my for instance workout. You can add your own weight if you do more/less.

    12 reps- 135 lbs
    20 reps(10 each hand) curls
    12 reps- 145 lbs
    20 reps (10 each hand) curls
    12 reps-155 lbs
    20 reps(10 each hand) curls
    12 reps- 165 lbs
    20 reps(10 each hand) curls

    take ya a breather... the curls are in there just to keep ur muscles active and really tire those arms down, as well as chest (i combine the two)

    next, find ya 3 good hammer machines for chest.. my gym has 3 lined up for me, so it works out great. just make sure they hit high, mid, and low parts of the chest. grab you a curl BAR this time, put whatever weight u want on it... I just stick 15 on each side for this one.

    do 4 sets goin from machine to machine... after u finish the 3rd machine each time go right to curls... u can take a rest after each set. this shit will fuck you UP. it's all about keepin the intensity high, cuz that's what will break the muscles down. This workout should only take about 30 mins, just KEEP movin', and you'll really feel it in the mornin.

    Your chest ain't going to get bigger if you don't get enough nutrions, but thats a given.

    Once you got that down pack incorporate these exercises into your routine:
    Weighted dips.
    Flat & incline bench.
    DB flies.
    DB Bench.

    Heavy weight, perfect form. Your chest will sprout.
