well i asked him what his diet looks like. t-nation does have a begginers section. my only warning is that t-nation has A LOT of information, really scientific shit that you DONT NEED TO KNOW. in the long run too much of that information is going to be your downfall. so dont worry about stupid shit like tempo, cluster sets, or switching every 4 weeks. you dont need any advanced techniques. you know what, just eat clean and find a split program and do it with high reps.
