let me assure people that if my verse contained a message it was purely by accident.. see, i write with a new methodology, an approach to writing i call the rstl-method (i put an eggclock on 10 minutes and write like hell, the only rule is that the verse has to contain references to my ass/asses in general)

^ just wanted to provide a little insight into the mind of planes..

man, i'm torn on what to write next week.

i thought my verse against vern was dope, but maybe i only thought that because i knew how it was going to end.

there was no way i could have condensed it into 64 lines though.

i may as well finish it off, lol.

I must say... my match is turning out exactly as I thought it would.

The competitive nature of the league is roaring and I love that. The only thing I would have to say to the voters of all matches, is keep going with your instinct and what you feel is the better piece, that is what drives the league as a parallel to the excellent writing.

yeah .. that's a close match and definitely one that splits the mechanics-vs-content voters ..

but speaking of voters in general ..

That Jimmy Eles is one fast reader .. he drops a vote every 4-5 mins ..

reads 2 verses plus types his bare minimum length (1 or 2 not even that) of vote in 4 mins? .. hmmm ..

i think opinion without discernment is groin-grabbingly fantabulous

I mean, yeah... people won't read between the lines, but I can't fault them for not wanting to try to understand beyond the first two or three attempts...

The depth of a piece is never determined by its criticism... so that's why I respect everyone's opinion... I know I wrote an amazing piece regardless of a win or loss... :) But Q is a good writer and anyone I lose to is a good writer, so I can only be thankful for the competitive nature this league brings forth.

Here's my ego-trip: Every revolutionary thinker wasn't understood at first due to his/her depth in poetry or prose...

    :)

We're all human and beautiful because of it...

    Peace and love. Good week.
