Lose Weight then Build?

    I'm about 30-40 lbs over my target weight for my height.

    According to some Height to Weight Ratio Charts.

    Would getting rid of the fat before building make the body look better and more toned?

    i would just start now, dont focus just on losing weight, lift, but dont lift for mass, lift more for muscle endurance. focus on your diet, get a shit load of cardio, but dont neglect the weights.
