It is safe.
i agree with madness. its fucking hilarious when you "leave it to beaver" life kids with no idea what any sort of urban life is like start talking about "gunbars" and shit. its so unfitting/cringe-worthy
Pistol jokes killed me
ya set different
To people like me who have been exposed to that bullshit in ur early childhood. And have held a gun and let it off. It's different, I battle the way I can relate to things. Some people are like that. Do u really want people to sit around here and make u look like jokes and multi someone to death? Smh y'all forget what the first ammendment is. Who gives a fuck. No one is out here complaining that diz should not be allowed to drop terrorist threats and threaten jins family or DNA and his mom. Are they? Right.
I spray pistols tbh.
Just got this piece in the mail.
On the real though, we can tell who's actually a shit rapper by how they present themselves. I don't care if they spit fiction. It's about the entertainment value. I guess I can understand how it might have been different before but... we gotsa move past that, let them creative juices flow. (pause)
i dont believe you, now crawl back into your hole again
i could care less about the occasional "nerd" rapper spitting about guns but to try and make it a movement (GunBars?? wtf)...now that shit is lame...if you gonna spit about it spit about it but this whole "Gun Bars" shit is weak
i read the first sentence, looked at your location and it has the word "AK-47" in it so i stopped reading, face palmed, and completely ignored the rest of your post
fake faggot fight me
nothing about rap battling is real...why shouldn't people be allowed to use gun bars? It's performance art
I very much enjoy gun bars and I am just a regular-ass white guy, but this was very good.
The whole emphasis on being "real" in hip hop is fucking stupid. If you guys ever took a literature class you'd probably be like "smh this nigga Herman Melville ain't never harpoon no whales."
And basically, the average battle rap fan WOULD NEVER EVER know if these rappers are real or not. Unless they knew them personally. So it doesn't even fucking matter at the end of the day. Even the personals are fake most of the time. If anything, a thread should be made about that. Not this dumb shit.
lmao that's some funny shit
Why is it automatically fiction writing?
If Herman Melville wrote an autobiography claiming that he harpooned wales when he didn't, then it wouldn't be so accepted.
Thats the issue, the same argument from the beginning of this thread, some people think hip hop is about fictional shit, and some people think it'd should be more done in that autobiographical sense.
Really, there's room for both and you probably need a little bit of both to make it interesting and entertaining. But hip hop is definitely not most closely compared with fictional stories (or at least shouldn't be).
ima change my rap name to Herman Melville
battling is almost never true
there's some truth in there but its not like everybody in the scene is actually a racist
,actually a rapist,
and everyone that they're facing is actually a fayygot
Separate names with a comma.
