I've supplemented with it before, and I'm planning on picking some more up next week. Strengthens the immune system and it's supposed to help with protein metabolism. It's not that expensive so it wouldn't hurt to supp with it.

L glutamine does not make you stronger or no shit per se, but more than half of your skeletal structure is glutamine, so you will keep your bones healthy, and your bones are very important to your muscle and vice versa.

Some article I read a few weeks back, they did a study on it supplementing it on people. It was pretty useless, it had no noteworthy effect on the athletes.

I can't find the article right now, but when I do I'll get back to you.

its a protien found in amino acids....decrease intestinal permeability and mucosal and villous atrophy in the small intestine. Inhibition of intestinal permeability is believed to decrease microbial translocation in which reduces infective opportunities in the gut

Sorry, I was just trying to point out that Glutamine has good benefits...

Glutamine occurs naturally in your body and there are no health risks...actually for bodybuilders it has great benefits....

It prevents your muscles from being catabolized in order to provide to other cells...
speeds up wound healing....and boots your immune system...

just remember too much isn't good for you, just causes upset stomachs
