Kryple ended his rounds bad. And he did better in his 3rd round. By then, I thought Manik took it with his 1st and 2nd rounds.

nah, more like a matter of regional bias. Objectively Toronto, Montreal and even Hamilton dwarf the output and national/international recognition of Vancouver.

There are SO many dope MCs out of Van, but it's VERY insular. Moka & BAX brokeout, but Snak, Evil E, many of the native MCs, even crossover acts liek Kinnie Starr get 10x the love Within BC.

Last week, Toronto hosted NxNE, with over 1000 bands and MCs playing across the city. Local talent spotlighted with conferences, concerts, conventions and other events. Headliners included Smif N Wessun, Joey Bada$$, UnderAchievers + Ludacris.

You mentioned Raekwon - his head office for IceH20 records - Toronto. His signee & goldenboy, JD Era - Toronto.

Biggest MC in the game - Drake - couldnt rep Toronto harder if he tried.

Michee Mee, Sauks, Maestro, Ghetto Concept, Much Music, MTV, KOTD....
