my shoulders are pretty bad and I heard joint supplements are supposed to help...anyone know of any good effective joint supplements?

and are they safe for my age? I always thought they were for old people but alot of people i used to train with at my gym were taking some glucosamine supps.

hmm you might want to do some serious stretching as well and ice and heat therapy for your shoulders.
MSN AND GLUCOSAMINE SUPPLEMENT IS ONE I WOULD recommend

Vish, I had a joint problem in my left shoulder from the incline press... Before you go to glucosmine you should try some Flax Oil... Try that out for a couple weeks and I believe you will be back to normail... It really helped me, I fucked up my left shoulder on the incline... If that doesnt help, you might want to try glucosimine(sp?)
