    lol @ DYOZ... I can't help that shit.


    I was 165.. I'm like 190 now.


    I have a nice side angle and a nice back shot.. cause my shit has really developed and gotten thick.. it's hard to tell from the front.. but as you can see like every aspect of my body has changed from traps to arms, etc.

    legs are looking awesome too from heavy squats, leg presses and curls.


    it's honestly cool as fuck for me right now.. I'm pretty happy. I used to only be able to curl like 30's for reps.. now I can do 40's.

    I'm gettin there.

    fuck like every weight has gone up... used to do 85 behind military, doing 110 now... pushing 55 lb dumbells for reps should press... iono..


    at least tell me I'm making good progress you fucks.

    near the end of february 05' I started working out until about early May with nothing but a cleaner diet and protein using dumbells and bodyweight exercises at home.

    didn't do shit all summer.

    beginning of september I started up again at a real gym, increased diet, increased supps. and keep continually increasing diet and supps.

    doing more cardio to try and keep my heart good and lungs good since I "do" still smoke squares.... increasing weight week to week.. I lift as heavy as possible.

    the owners at my gym have noticed a lot.

    You're gonna have to make me a short list of products you think helped you the most to gain and boost testosterone for when I put in my order. Sucks cuzz if I didn't have old bills or owe people money I'd go all out and get an Olympic bench with a squat rack.

    I started with tribulus, protein and a multivitamin.

    moved into NOXCG3.

    killed the trib, got some xtest from xyience, some flax oil, fish oils, new multi.

    always been a huge fan of N-large 2 weight gainer..

    just started with the NO-explode.

    the fun part is I haven't even received that order I just put in, that one I posted about a week ago or so.

    so I haven't even done any creatine.. It's been about 3 weeks since I got off the x-test... and gonna try a forza-t cycle starting this next week.

    tribulus works differently for everyone.. so you'll have to see how it works for you.

    yeah I never looked at those two pictures side by side... and was kinda impressed with myself.


    I'll give any advice I can.. cause, no gloato, but I have a real well rounded system of constantly changing exercises that keeps my symmetry in tact and constant growth.

    for instance I used to shrug 85lb dumbells for 4 sets of 15.. now I switched to behind the back barbell shrug with 175lbs for 4 sets of 15.. and at the end of a single shoulder workout you see a major difference... that's how I do it.. never let your body get used to a single routine. change = gains.

    should be interesting as I start to approach summer.

    I wish I could go up 25lbs. and bodyfat stay the same... :(

    I put on 17-18 lbs. on my small bulk and went up 2% in bodyfat...I hate it.
