[Vega]. Anyone tried it. The basic one is disgusting tasting - but check the vanilla chai one, it is quite refreshing after a workout. I still have yet to try the berry flavor.

    Anyone else?

This stuff has a lot of the B Vitamins and also gives you dietary fiber. What kind of protein shakes do you take? I'm looking to try new things here.

    depending on time...

normally i'll just do gold standard whey protein, 1 or 2 scoops (i usually combine 2 flavors to break up the overpowering taste if you double up on one)

if i have time, i'll add fruits and/or peanut butter and/or bananas. That's only if I have time. generally just water + power + shake it up lol. nothin big. i'll eat a cup of blueberries with it too.

Generally all meal replacement shakes will taste like utter shit, you're better off eating fast food considering those types of shakes are used for bulking purposes only.

yeah, you're better off having highly processed foods full of unnatural substances which have no nutritional value whatsoever instead of taking pure protein which helps with rebuilding muscles, replenishing nutrients, increasing metabolism and helping to keep free radicals away.

    makes perfect sense...

ON strawberry, chocolate fudge, dymatize rich chocolate or vanilla...all good choices.

labrada v60 is really good too.
