It seems like rock kids are open minded than hip hop fans.

    i'll answer you.

rock doesnt have the reputation that it once did.

    rap does.

when a lone crazy gun man shoots up a rock concert, thats what it is. a lone crazy gunman in an isolated incident.

a far cry from a pre-meditated incident against dr dre (vibe) 2pac/biggie

hip hop should be trying to live down its reputation not uphold it.

rock has its share of violence, but does not glorify it and live it out ala hip hop, and hip hop should try its hardest as a whole to seperate itself from that self destructive stereotype. let the rock kids worry about their own hide, worry about hip hop. This is constructive criticism, i'm not raving and ranting for no reason.

even in an insane moshpit there is an equal understanding by everyone that its for fun, and shit never gets ugly.

    oh so:

not glorifying violence makes violence itself ok?

wtf kind of shit is that...violence is violence, no matter what.Fuck a reputation, fuck glorifying, fuck pre-meditated events, fuck whateva

a murder is a murder, a fight is a fight.Remember when u was all happy about that rocker knockin some dude out? i'ma keep bringing it up cuz you're a hypocrite to the fullest

u celebrated like a muhfucka when that happened

oh you mean when i thought it was cool when jack white of the white stripes fought (one on one like a real man) the singer from the von blondies? instead of having an all out duke fest ala vibe awards (or any hip hop award show for that matter).

faggot, there's a distinct difference, read this post over again slowly if you fail to see my point. Besides, white stripes aint singin about violence. These rappers not only glorify this shit in their music, they live it out too.

thats a huge contrast between having a one on one fight between two men from two bands.

u should take your own advice and READ

can u not see how hyopcritical you're being? you're mr. anti-violence in one post, then right back to mr. pro-violence in the next

how can u do all this preachin about fights and shit, but then support a rock star just becuz it was a one on one instead of a group fight

    wtf

your excuses for violence in rock are so damn weak its a shame

i can guaruntee if Will smith and Mase fought right now, u would not have 1 positive thing to say about it
