^^this is the same thing I said in other words... I agree... the sound was just amazing... the beats were so crispy... they were basically perfect
Not all young motherfuckers are stupid with music
ugh... it's just horrible... sorry... gotta just tell u the truth...
I think this wut he's trying to do with that flow
Damn @ Twista's flow...
Short answer is, yes. Long answer is, fuck yes.
the second half of that album sucked. shut up you god damn dick riding arsehole!!!!!
I wouldn't assume that... same with old fuckers too, huh?
i havent read this whole thread yet, but to answer your question...no. The mixes and beats on 2001 are fucking incredible
this is true.....the mixing is what makes Dre as great as he is. Almost every producer I've seen interviewed talking about Dre says this. A lot of people talk about Dre hella stealing beats but I think its bullshit. If you go back and look at the linears for Dre beats, the other musicians who played on it are ALWAYS credited. How can he steal beats if the other producers are credited? lol....I remember hearing Khalil talk about when he gave Dre the beat for Kush and he was comparing the final version to the one he sent and he was praising how much Dre did to it sonically.
i was just asking your opinion on his flow , don't really like that song, that tracks is 15 yrs old off his 1st underground mixtape
Tonedeff shits all over Twista lol ,
Twista overdubbes & punches in like a mufucka in the studio , his flow fake as mufucka , manufactured in the studio
Tonedeff has one take freestyles better than Twista verses ---->
HERE'S A MORE RECENT TRACK (2003) HIS FLOW AND BARS SHITS ON TWISTAS------->
Glad you're in this thread finally.
I can't fuck with tonedeff tho.
Yeah, but you are talking about two different things. One thing is, if you write the music out, it's note for note the same things as what the producers gave him. There's no deny Dre's final touches aren't anything less then amazing. Although, you have to realize, you can play guitar and have the tab to Jimmi Hendrix or any of the other guitar greats and you can't put the "final touches" or play the way Jimmi, or the other greats do.
Why do ya'll fools keep referring to this album as "the Chronic" 2001? The Chronic and the album "2001" are totally different Dre records, just putting that out there.
Because that was the original name of the album. Only reason he only named it 2001 was because of retailers. Which is why there's just a chronic leaf in front of "2001" on the cover. That's what it's called.
Quik, Battlecat, Juicy J & Paul, Mannie Fresh, Timbo, Havoc & Paul C are some of my fav beatmakers
Separate names with a comma.
