    yes/no

    circle one.

PS - anyone thats been hating on the yankees and red sox for "buying championships" can take the red sox right out of those conversations now. their stars for the next decade or so are all gonna be home grown superstars.

look up and down that line up. pedroia, ellsbury, lester, buchholz, papelbon, youkilis, bailey, lowrie, etc etc etc

that farm system keeps pumping out not just serviceable players, but superstars and all stars

i like where this organization is heading

    No...

Within the next couple of years, it's definitely a possibility..

But i couldn't see him pulling it over Heroin Hamilton, Huff, A-rod and so on....

    Hamilton - .301, 31, 121
    Pedroia - .331, 17, 76

Even though there's tons of stats that no one seems to look at....Like the fact Dustin has close to 40 more hits and has struck out close to 60 times less then Hamilton..He has a better OBP and 14-15 more doubles...

The kids been on as of late...

It's a possibility. Heriontin isn't going to get it. A-Rod? We're not even going to the playoffs. Neither are the Rangers. He's def. a candidate

if he keeps up this way throughout September then I think he has a good chance..Hamilton has slipped some since the break. Carlos Quentin will be in the mix also and maybe even Cliff Lee

Its pretty thin this year...fucking people talking K-Rod for MVP so he definitely got a chance.

Carlos Quentin been a beast though..

    P.S.
Damn it Dead Broke. I was wondering how you spelled Hamilton so horribly wrong and it wasnt as obvious because you even spelled heroin wrong lol.

I don't know about that. He's a candidate but you gotta look at Evan Longoria out in Tampa, of course my nigga Los for my boys, I don't think the crackhead deserves it, or K-Rod. You can't play 6% of a game and be the most valuable player on the team. However you can play 6% of a game and completely fuck it up (Mets fans can insert tears here ________ ) But MVP, no.

The White Sox will likely take their division, so don't write off Carlos Quentin.

Quentin is probably done for the year so I doubt he wins it. Hamilton minus the story deserves it the most I'd say. Pedroia is maybe Top 5 but he has no business winning it.

The Rangers are 400 games outta first. If you're gonna win MVP on a team that bad, your stats have to be way better than everybody elses. And I don't think his numbers are far enough ahead of the other contenders to get it.

Plus he'd proly sell the trophy for $45

just saw that he is out for the year. Good news for the Twins...

The AL race this year is pretty thin, nobody is truly dominating. I wouldn't be surprised if someone like Justin Morneau sneaks into the race if the Twins can pull out the division.

A-Rod won it on a considerably worse Rangers team. They're around .500 which I think makes it acceptable for him to be legitimately considered. Plus it's a weak year just like the year A-Rod won his first. That year 10 different guys got first place votes, I could easily see that happening again this year. And plus I know I threw out the story when saying Hamilton should win it but the writers obviously won't.

    pedroia for mvp

    book it

quentin doesnt have enough rbi's to run away with it.

    hamilton's team is awful.

we have a winner and he plays in boston, as usual
