You know of any good ways,beside running?
Go out and start fights
That doesnt increase stamina.
Sure does; Try it.
Swimming. Boxing (as in training / hitting the heavy bag / speed bag for extended periods). Play basketball at the gym. Pretty much anything that involves long periods of cardio work-outs.
