It's in-definition in the original language.
Show me the dictionary that the ancient people used.
How's a dictionary that defines the language ancients used.
Circles are flat, you lose.
Circle- eng = Samech - Hebrw : Samech is the Hebrew word that creates a circle that indicates the cycle of God. it goes around and up and out .
The samech is a letter.
Notice how the letter goes around and up and out?
Oh, and Isa 40:22 used the word chûg. It doesn't have a samech in it, but it wouldn't matter if it did.
that has no more indication that the earth is not flat then the many quotes ive posted before. im sure u remember those since this thread seems to be a quote of mine.
by the way the burden of prove is on u not us. and that was weak
Ancient people aren't here today speaking ancient hebrew, only their so-called decendents are here speaking modern hebrew. I have no reason to believe that modern language (hebrew or other) in any way connected to the ancient hebrew language. All I know is that there was a common designer, like a human or something that constructed the language in a similar fashion to the ancient one.
What are u talking about. So ur saying that we have no information regarding the original Hebrew used in those times. We have no written record?

Yeah.... I think I'm going to stay away from this forum.
wouldn't it have been easier to say that they one was above the flat earth or something i mean why and how did they determine it was even round back then?
if they thought it was a flat pancake then why not call it that instead of some metaphorical spherical reference?
really we bringin this old thread back? this is just another time BP tries to decode bible talk and another time its blew up in his face.
summary of this topic: he tries to explain how a circle explains the earth is round, someone explains a circle is still flat, he say nuhh uhhh!, i ask y the bible talks about the ends of the earth, he says its a metaphor!!, and he ends with yall just dont understand the bible. the end
well, i mean, the earth does end.
