stimulants as in coffee or NO?

i take a NO stack right now, a few supplements that help in metabolizing fat and breaking down starches. but no, aside from some coffee here and there and those, no stimulants.

    Might help with energy?

Some caffeine and B-vitamins on cardio days for an extra boost?

I need to do more cardio though. I hate low-intensity stuff though. I'm about to buy a wheelbarrow and make a weight-sled for sprinting.

I want to get The Prowler by Elite FTS.... This guy is nuts...

Awesome. I do plan on getting one in the next couple years.

How much weight do you use with it, on average? I've watched a lot of videos, doesn't look like it takes much weight to wear someone out very quickly

i started with no weight and that was fuckin stupid.

tried it with 100 and that was terrible.

the initial push-off is the hardest part, but once you get goin it flies. then, when you stop, your legs start shouting about how angry they are at you for bein such an asshole to them.

this guy in the video is doin it all wrong though; he's usin all lower back. proper form should be gettin really low and pushing from the bottom so you work all legs and core. since he has that much weight, he should've turned the sled around and used the bottom bar to push, rather than the top of the tubes.

You're probably not eating enough for how much you work out or want to work out.

The solution is either cut back on exercise, or start taking in more food.

Also look into supps that make you heal faster if not already.

Make sure all your aminos are in order, taking a good multi, I'd also recommend ZMA, and something like arginine or citruline.

Also plenty of stretching, and active recovery is the key.

Or the other possibility could be you're not eating clean enough, or just flat out eating too much.

Like when you were telling me that you're on reduced carbs and eating no more than 300.

SMFH, who on earth thinks anything less than 300 carbs is reduced?

Unless you're Ronnie Coleman or Michael Phelps, 300 carbs (or more) is a lot.

I'm pretty sure even bulking you shouldn't be eating 300 carbs a day.

When I said I was reducing my carbs I meant more or less 100 per day.

Some days even less like 60-70 carbs, some days I'll eat closer to 150.

i'm eating clean. when i say no more than 300, that's on my carb load day. i generally have between 130-180 carbs a day.

I've actually been doing cardio in pieces during my lifting sets. The part of my gym where I lift at, all of the squat racks/machines/benches are surrounded by a track so it's pretty nice.

Also could be that you're overworked?

IMO I'd make sure to stay active on off days too.

Even if it's just a 30 minute walk, that will add up.

If you want to shed fat you need to lower you calorie intake and lower your activity in the gym. Cardio isn't necessary to shed fat and might be too stressful on your CNS since you active throughout the week. Your body needs to recover from your workouts and mma. Not having proper recovery time sends a signal to your body to go into starvation mode and it clings onto the fat for our "natural" survival.

well right now i'm at about 1800-2200 calories per day. 225-240g protein, 140-200g carbs, 35-55g fat. i take weekends off due to the high workload i do during the week, and every 3rd week is a recovery/active rest week, where i workout when i want, however hard i want.

my supplements are on point - mv, efa's, bcaa's, L-carnitine, nitric stack.

just those trouble areas - midsection and thighs.
