    I ran around the track 4 times for a mile

    And after I done with that shit I run to the fuckin swimming pool in the schoo

    And swim 16 laps

    right now im just hitting the ellipitical at the gym and jogging every now and then before lifting

    basketball every other day and then jogging in the morning is pretty much enough as long as you do it for 20 to 30 minutes a day.

    or you can do circuit training but if your knew to it becareful cause you may puke and get lightheaded.

    I puked yestercay and almost fainted i havent circuit trained in ages and im just getting back into it...its a good way to get hard and lean and burn fat and build stamina.

    I play soccer, swim and use the punch bag.

    If it's boring then like some one else said, play a sport. Join a little league soccer or basket ball team. Being that they are the only two sports yall play that actually involve sweating.

    this dude i know was telling me about that shit...i tried it for like a week...most grueling pain ever but i think i pushed it too hard...but the shit did work for endurance

    Most people will agree Cardio is boring as fuck,I just listen to some music on my mp3 player while on the exercise bike,it helps the time pass quicker for me,once in awhile I'll break out the jump rope and test myself to see how long I can go,there's a bucnh of ways,just gotta be creative I guess,I tryed circuit training,that's good to,but I get burned out fast doing that,I have to build my stamina up.

    Jump rope. Its burns more fat than running and it increases power, coordination, balance, agility, speed, quickness, and explosiveness.

    i like to dance for cardio sometimes... ill just put on music and dance around my apt for a good hour or so... i dont see that being something that is going to be a commonly shared interest here though... join a kickboxing or capoeria class? maybe try ice hockey? uhhh... try kayaking?... rock climbing?... handball is always fun as fuck... raquetball too... hiking in AZ is pretty sweet... i duno... theres a lot to do outside the gym

    hell run outside far better than a damn treadmill,
    but if you have to do cardio indoors mix it up. i use to do treadmill, rowing and bike for like 30 minutes. and yes the jump roping is a big plus as well.
