I dont know if it comes with a recipe book....you dont really need one its pretty easy to cook on it lol All you need to do is season the meat and grill...

some people do it tho. i eat tho i jus don't eat at work and i work from 4-12:30.... it works tho
when you have major thyroid problems later on in life along with several other problems from eating that processed ass food all the time you'll realize why "it works" isn't always the best solution...
